Hello, nice to meet you.
Welcome! I'm Alexandra Gulbis (she/her), a licensed clinical social worker passionate about helping you navigate life’s challenges and uncover your unique path to growth and fulfillment. My approach blends compassion, authenticity, and creativity, drawing from evidence-based techniques like EMDR, ACT, and narrative therapy, along with existential perspectives.
Healing, growth, and transformation aren’t just buzzwords; they’re battles. Whether you're navigating the whirlwind of neurodivergence, making peace with a past that feels anything but peaceful, or navigating complicated relationships or environments, I’m here to help you (re)write your story. Together, we’ll work to craft a life that doesn’t just check the boxes but actually feels like it belongs to you—a life that matches your values, your dreams, and your definition of thriving.
Together, we’ll work toward the change you’re ready to embrace—one step at a time. Let’s begin your journey today!
I am licensed to see clients physically located in California, Florida, and Vermont.
Here’s What I Bring to the Table
🌈 Healing That’s Actually About You:
Cookie-cutter approaches? Nah. We’ll use methods that work for you. Whether it’s EMDR to reprocess trauma, a bit of existential deep-diving, or integration of various experiences to break through where you’re stuck, we’ll design a plan that fits.
🌟 Unconventional Expertise: With a background that ranges from existential therapy to motorcycle racing, I bring a bold mix of insight and lived experience. I’m not just thinking outside the box—I’m out there building a new one one with you, with or without power tools—your choice. 🛠️🏍️
🎭 Humor + Depth: Life is too short not to laugh, even in the dark corners. My work is infused with humor (yes, even the irreverent kind), but always in service of deeper connection and meaning. 😂🔮
👑 Luxury Meets Mindfulness: Because self-care shouldn’t just be bubble baths—it’s about living expansively. Let’s talk personal growth (no matter what that looks like for you) and realizing a life you’re excited to wake up to. 🛁✨
If you’re ready for bold insights, a touch of irreverence, and a whole lot of transformation, pull up a chair. 🪑🌈
What Makes This Practice Different?
Tailored Therapy That Fits You: Cookie-cutter approaches? Not here. Together, we’ll craft a process that meets you where you are and evolves as you do.
Innovative Tools for Deeper Healing: Ready to explore beyond traditional talk therapy? From EMDR to Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, I integrate cutting-edge techniques designed to help you release what’s holding you back.
Warm, Relatable Care: This isn’t your typical “how does that make you feel?” space (though we’ll go there if we need to). My style is empathetic, non-judgmental, and occasionally funny—because life is absurd, and humor is part of the process.
A Judgment-Free Zone for the Complex Stuff: Whether you’re struggling with family estrangement, existential dread, or your eighth “quarter-life crisis,” there’s nothing too big or too taboo for this room.
Who I Work With
I specialize in working with individuals who are ready to take their healing seriously—but don’t want therapy to feel like a chore. My clients are deep thinkers, overachievers, and sometimes skeptics who find themselves stuck. They’re ready to unpack trauma, rethink old patterns, and build the life they actually want—not just the one they’ve settled for.
Sound familiar? You’re in the right place.
Let’s Get Started
Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating, and it definitely doesn’t have to be boring. Whether you’re here because you’re at your breaking point, or you’re just curious about what growth could look like, let’s talk.
Take the first step by reaching out today. Your future self will thank you (and maybe roll their eyes at how long it took you to get here). To get started, hit that Contact button after reviewing my Fees and Policies. It’s time to show up for yourself. And I’ll be right there with you.

When I’m not helping people navigate the twists and turns of their inner worlds, I’m out living my own life with a mix of adventure and artistry. My Shiba Inu, Kami, is my partner in crime—equal parts cuddly and cunning, she keeps me on my toes and reminds me that life’s better when you don’t take it too seriously.
Out on the water, you’ll find me yachting, soaking in the stillness of the sea—or the thrill of the waves—because nothing clears my head like the open horizon. When I visit home in my native Florida, I swap the deck for the depths, scuba diving to explore the vibrant underwater world that feels like its own form of meditation.
Music is another big part of my world. I love composing, recording, and getting lost in the magic of sound production. There’s something incredible about turning a raw idea into something tangible, emotional, and uniquely yours. I periodically release original compositions on Apple Music, Spotify, and other streaming services.
Fashion is another form of self-expression—it’s not just about clothes, it’s about creating a mood, telling a story, and feeling amazing while doing it. And then there’s my love for motorcycles. Few things compare to the rush of freedom I feel carving through a winding road on two wheels. Whether it’s chasing inspiration, speed, or the thrill of being alive, I’m always finding new ways to keep life dynamic and unapologetically mine.
