Step into a space where healing meets transformation. Here, your story matters, your struggles are honored, and your growth is limitless.
Life doesn’t fit into neat little boxes, and neither do you. Whether you’re navigating the unique challenges and strengths of being neurodivergent, grappling with the big questions of meaning and purpose through existential therapy, or reclaiming intimacy and confidence in all arenas of your life, my practice is here to meet you where you are. I specialize in creating a space that honors your individuality—whether that means untangling the complexities of ADHD and/or autism, exploring the depths of existential angst, or helping you rediscover joy and connection in your body and relationships. No matter the path, the goal is the same: empowering you to live authentically, with curiosity, courage, and a little humor along the way.
-
I’m deeply committed to providing neurodivergent-affirming care that celebrates your unique strengths and experiences while addressing the challenges you face without judgment or pathologizing. Whether you’re navigating the world as someone with ADHD, autism, or other neurodivergent traits, I create a space where you can show up fully as yourself, explore your needs, and develop tools that work for you, not against you.
-
Together, we’ll explore life’s big questions—about purpose, freedom, mortality, and connection—without rushing to easy answers or sidestepping the discomfort. Instead, we’ll work to uncover what truly matters to you and help you live a life that feels authentic, intentional, and unapologetically yours.
-
Together, we’ll navigate the memories and emotions that have kept you feeling stuck—without forcing the process or avoiding the tough moments. Instead, we’ll work to gently reprocess what’s been holding you back, so those experiences lose their power over you. The goal is to help you heal in a way that feels authentic and lasting, freeing you to live with clarity, confidence, and a sense of peace that’s unapologetically yours.

Relational Healing
At the core of my work is connection—because relationships, whether with yourself or others, shape how you experience the world. Above all, I consider myself a relational therapist. This means that our work together isn’t just about techniques; it’s about the trust we build, the authenticity we share, and the ways our therapeutic relationship can model the healthy, supportive connections you deserve. Together, we’ll explore patterns in your relationships, deepen your understanding of yourself, and create a space for meaningful change.
-
Repairing Relationships
Relationships are at the heart of a meaningful life—whether with loved ones, friends, or yourself. I help individuals explore and heal relational dynamics that may feel broken, distant, or unfulfilling. Together, we’ll work to rebuild trust, improve communication, and create deeper connections. This includes repairing your relationship with yourself, fostering self-compassion, and redefining how you show up in your life. My goal is to help you cultivate relationships that are not only healthier but also more authentic and meaningful.
-
Healing Trauma
Trauma doesn’t have to define you—it’s a chapter, not the whole story. Through evidence-based methods like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), we’ll gently process and release the pain that’s been keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll honor your resilience and help you reclaim your life from the grip of past wounds. You don’t have to navigate this alone—let’s rewrite the narrative and create space for healing and hope.
-
Deepening Self-Understanding
Who are you, really? Beneath the expectations, roles, and stories you’ve carried, there’s an authentic self waiting to be seen and embraced. Through narrative therapy and existential exploration, we’ll uncover the threads of your story and reconnect with what matters most to you. This is a space to cultivate self-compassion, clarify your values, and create a life that feels true to you.
-
Existential Exploration
What does it mean to live a meaningful life? To confront the unknown, face your fears, and step fully into your existence? Through an existential lens, we’ll explore your values, your purpose, and what gives your life depth and meaning. This is about embracing the questions that don’t have easy answers and finding peace in the process. Together, we’ll uncover what truly matters to you and help you live in alignment with your deepest truths.
-
Navigating Life Transitions
Change is inevitable, but thriving through it takes intention. Whether you’re dealing with a career shift, relationship changes, or simply redefining what you want from life, I’m here to guide you. Using a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and narrative approaches, we’ll work together to make sense of the uncertainty and find meaning in the process. You deserve to feel empowered, even in the midst of the unknown.

Neurodivergent Affirming Care
Your brain isn’t a problem to fix—it’s a unique way of being in the world (and I relate to it as an AuDHD provider). Whether you’re navigating ADHD, autism, or other forms of neurodivergence, I provide a safe, affirming space to explore your experiences without judgment. Together, we’ll celebrate your strengths, address challenges with compassion, and create strategies that work for you. Therapy is about embracing your individuality and empowering you to thrive in a world that often doesn’t feel built for you.
-
Crafting Your Narrative
Your story matters, and it’s still being written. Through narrative therapy, we’ll work to reframe the narratives that no longer serve you, empowering you to reclaim your voice and take ownership of your journey. This process isn’t about ignoring the past—it’s about reshaping how it fits into your present and future. You have the power to define what comes next, and I’m here to help you write a story that reflects your strength, values, and aspirations.
FAQs
-
Therapy is for anyone who wants to better understand themselves, navigate challenges, or create a more meaningful and fulfilling life. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit—therapy is just as much about growth and self-discovery as it is about healing.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about how to move forward, therapy can provide clarity and support. It’s also a great fit if you’re navigating transitions, struggling in your relationships, or wanting to rewrite old patterns that no longer serve you.
Ultimately, therapy is a personal decision. If you’re even a little curious, that’s often a sign it could be worth exploring. And if you’re unsure, we can talk through it in a free consult call to see if it feels right for you.
-
Our consult call is a low-pressure opportunity for us to connect and see if we’re a good fit. During this 12-20 minute conversation, I’ll ask a few questions about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping to work on. You’ll also have a chance to ask me anything—about my approach, how therapy works, or anything else on your mind.
This call is your time to feel out whether you’re comfortable with me and how I work. There’s no commitment required; it’s just a first step toward exploring whether I’m the right therapist to support you.
-
Yes, therapy is confidential, and protecting your privacy is one of my top priorities. What we discuss in sessions stays between us, with a few exceptions required by law. These exceptions include situations where:
There’s a risk of harm to yourself or others.
There’s suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or dependent adult.
A court orders the release of records in specific legal proceedings.
If you choose to submit a superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement, they may request access to your therapy records. In such cases, I will always provide the minimum information required to process your claim while prioritizing your confidentiality.
Outside of these rare circumstances, everything you share is kept private. This confidentiality creates a safe space where you can speak openly and honestly, knowing that your story is treated with care and respect. If you have any concerns about privacy, I’m happy to answer your questions in more detail.
-
Absolutely. As someone with my own marginalized identities, I know firsthand how important it is to have spaces where you feel safe, seen, and respected. I’ve worked hard to make this a space where almost everyone can feel that way. This means embracing the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as people from all kinds of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives—so long as those perspectives don’t include denying someone else’s humanity. My priority is to create a space where you can show up as your whole self, and I’m always open to feedback on how I can do better.

I’m a strong advocate for harm reduction—it’s an approach that meets people where they are without judgment, shame, or unrealistic expectations. Life isn’t always neat, and people make choices for a variety of reasons. My focus is on supporting safer, healthier decisions while honoring your autonomy and lived experience.
Harm reduction is about recognizing that healing and change often happen gradually, not in an all-or-nothing way. Whether you’re exploring ways to manage substance use, navigating complex behaviors, or seeking to minimize risks in your life, I’m here to provide a compassionate, supportive space to help you make progress at your own pace.
Ultimately, harm reduction isn’t just about avoiding harm—it’s about empowering you to live with intention and build a life that aligns with your values, whatever that looks like for you.

As a California-based provider, I recognize the unique legal and cultural context of our state. California allows the legal use of cannabis for adults and has recognized certain churches and communities that incorporate cannabis and entheogenic plants into spiritual practices. In line with this, I fully support the responsible use of cannabis by adults, especially when it’s guided by personal intention or medical advice. When used thoughtfully and with care, cannabis can play a meaningful role in managing physical, emotional, and psychological challenges.
I also understand that some of my clients are located in Florida, where cannabis laws are more restrictive and have only recently allowed some instances of medical cannabis. In these cases, I encourage you to consult with a legal professional to better understand what is permitted in your state.
When it comes to entheogenic plants, I support their responsible use for personal exploration, spiritual growth, or other meaningful purposes. These plants have been used for centuries as tools for healing and insight. When approached with respect, preparation, and safe practices, they can offer profound opportunities for transformation.
Regardless of your location, the best practice is to follow the local laws of your community. I know that these substances can be a part of some people’s lives, and it’s important to me that you feel safe to bring your whole self into therapy, regardless of which state I can practice in, that you are located in during our session. If cannabis or entheogenic plants are part of your journey and you have more questions for me around this, I’m open to further discussion during our consultation call. Your safety, growth, and well-being will always remain at the center of our work together.

While I don’t administer ketamine treatments myself, I do offer integration therapy to support you before and after treatment provided by a licensed medical team. Ketamine can be administered in various preparations, including infusions, injections, or other forms prescribed by your medical provider. My role is to help you emotionally and mentally prepare for the experience and, afterward, process and integrate the insights, emotions, and shifts that arise, ensuring they become a meaningful part of your healing journey.
However, I do not provide therapy during ketamine infusions, injections, or oral usage—particularly not remotely. Here’s why: While ketamine has incredible potential to support healing in many cases, it also comes with possible side effects, some of which may require immediate medical attention.
I know this firsthand. After years of successful infusions, I experienced a life-threatening emergency during one session. I stopped breathing and required manual ventilation. Thankfully, I was in a medical office with trained professionals who acted quickly and saved my life. That experience underscored for me the critical importance of receiving ketamine in a controlled, clinical setting where your safety is the top priority.
If you’re pursuing ketamine treatments, I strongly believe these sessions should take place in a medical setting with professionals fully focused on your physical care. My role is to complement their expertise by providing the emotional and psychological support you need before and after treatment, ensuring your journey is as safe and effective as possible.
Healing is about intentionality, not unnecessary risks. Together, we’ll create a process that prioritizes your safety and maximizes the transformative potential of ketamine therapy. Let’s make your healing journey one that feels both supported and empowering.
